Impact of stress

Stress is fundamentally positive, it is a normal response of our body to challenges. A short, mild stress can have positive effects, for example on our memory or performance. However, if it becomes chronic, it can lead to deleterious consequences on our mental and physical health. We usually think about burnout or depression, but the impact of stress can be much greater.
